Business Director Lillian Nathanael, qualified in Beauty Therapy in 1987. Her requested appointment as a Beauty Therapy instructor in 1991 with the Melbourne College of Hair & Beauty, led to the completion of a teaching graduate course and a Bachelor in Education. She was also responsible for the colleges’ successful accreditation with The State Training Board of Victoria during 1993. This position gave her the skills to lead to a Victorian Account Manager and Training Director for a reputable skincare company for the following five years. It was during this time that Beauty Science was established.

With a very strong emphasis on training and development, all the staff are very customer focused and results driven. Qualifications include Diploma in Beauty Therapy (Health Science) and Clinical Dermal Therapies (Bachelor Degree).
