Please be courteous when you are unable to make your appointment by providing us with 12 hours prior notice, so that we may re-allocate your appointment time.

On your first visit, please arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled time in order to fill out some information forms to assist our staff in providing a safe and effective treatment.

Although every care is taken to avoid post treatment reactions we cannot guarantee nor be responsible for unforeseeable reactions which may occur. Should any problems arise, please contact the salon immediately for assistance.

Credit card details are required to secure your booking. In the event of a cancellation without due notice or failure to show, 50% of the treatment value will be charged.

Please arrive on time as we must respect the next scheduled appointment. Unfortunately late arrivals will have a reduced treatment time.

Body treatments will require undress. For your hygiene and comfort, disposable underwear can be provided.

To ensure all patrons total relaxation, please make alternative arrangements for your children.

All pushers and trolley’s must be left in reception area. Children cannot be left unattended in reception area. Staff cannot be responsible for children left unattended in reception area.

All prices include GST and are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, Visa/ Mastercard/Bankcard and Eftpos payment methods at the completion of your treatment.

All services rendered are not refundable.

If treatment expectations have not been met, please contact management immediately. Faulty products will be exchanged
